Two cookies, and neither of them follows you

Why there is no cookie banner
Consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Both of ours are: one keeps you signed in, the other remembers a display preference you set yourself. There is nothing to opt out of, so asking you to click a banner would be theatre — and a control that does nothing is precisely what this product refuses to ship.
We do measure which pages get read, through Vercel's analytics. It runs without cookies: it does not store anything on your device and does not build a profile of you across sites. The same goes for the page-speed measurements.
If we ever add something that does need consent — a marketing pixel, a session recorder, cookie-based analytics — this page and a real consent choice will arrive in the same release. Until you see that, the list above is complete.
Controlling them yourself
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies for a site, usually under Privacy or Site settings. Blocking ours is harmless: you will simply be signed out, and the theme will fall back to the default on each visit.
Inside the signed-in product we also keep a small amount of data in your browser's local storage — the state of a job you started, so a refresh does not lose it. It stays on your device and clearing your browser data removes it.
