# Bladesmith AI > A fleet of AI agents that runs your marketing — inside your product and out across every channel — and proves which actions moved the numbers. Bladesmith AI turns a freshly built software product into an executable go-to-market plan, and then runs the channels for the founder. It is aimed at founders who ship from a repository — Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable — and have no marketing team. ## What it does - Reads a product from its live URL (and, optionally, its repository) and writes a go-to-market plan: positioning, ICP, prioritized channels, quick wins. - Watches the real funnel through connected analytics (GA4, PostHog, Google Search Console, Stripe) and raises a signal when a number moves. - Diagnoses the cause, then proposes a specific action with the evidence behind it, the expected effect and the cost. - Executes what the founder approves: a pull request in the product's own repository, a send through the founder's own email provider, or a write to a connected tool. Where no safe automated route exists, it hands over the finished asset instead. - Measures the outcome of every executed action and attaches it to the action that caused it, so the next recommendation is informed by the last result. ## What it does not do - It does not post, send or ship anything without an explicit human approval. - It does not automate channels whose terms forbid automation; for those it prepares the work and the human performs the final act. - It does not charge for planning, analysis or drafting. Only executed actions are metered, and only on success. ## Positioning The AI-visibility category measures whether a brand appears in AI answers. Bladesmith AI closes the loop instead: measure, act, prove the action moved the metric, and learn across projects which action to try next. Cross-project learning happens behind anonymisation thresholds — the shape of a result travels, nothing identifiable does. ## Pricing A permanent free tier covers the plan, the analysis, the diagnosis and the assets. Paid plans meter executed actions (pull requests, sends, provider writes) plus advanced memory and cross-project learning.
